Pronar MPB trommel screeners in composting

Mobile screening technology is central and one of the last step in compost processing activity. The aim of the screener is to separate material into uniform fractions suitable for the further use. Trommel Pronar MPB can do even 6 different fractions in one pass. It is equipped with magnetic rollers on the side and rear conveyors, large fraction separator on the hopper, pneumatic separator, which gives four additional different fractions in addition to the two standard ones. The particle size produced is chosen according to the mesh size of the drum, complied with type of demanded material. Insted of the trommel, during work on wet material in order to increase machine efiiciency starscreen can be used. By stepless regulation of the starscreen speed, final precised fraction of the compost is absolutely feasible to obtain.
