Pronar MRS 1.53 high-speed shredder in composting
MRS 1.53 is the latest addition in Pronar shredders line-up. Placed at the second stage in the multiprocessing composition. It is designed to work with green waste, wood waste or pallets. Output material can be used either as a base for compost or precisely cutted wood chips as further fuel. Wide sieve performance range produced upon customer requirement makes this machine completely tailored to fullfill customer’s expectations.

Shredding
69 inch shaft with 36 replaceable knives. There are two types of knives available – for clean material (more resistant to abrasion) and to more contaminated material (more resistant to impact damages).
36 knives that are really easy to change. You need only generally available tools.
Removable sieve with holes size according to the order. It can be only comb basket or sieve with cutting holes, or standard holes.
Comb basket – allows you to achieve high efficiency with additional shredding of compost or its aeration.
Standard basket – cut with laser cutter, universal sieve for dry, brittle materials and to achieve low fraction. The size of the mesh and its thickness according to the customer’s requirements.
Cutting basket – a sieve cut with water. It has sharp edges at an angle, which makes it easier to work with wet material without the risk of clogging. The size of the mesh and its thickness according to the customer’s requirements.
